Each movie would have a different villain, and Lex Luthor eventually brings all of the villains together to form the Legion and fight the League. I'd also introduce Green Lantern, and make Martian Manhunter and Shazam official members of the JL. I'd give Aquaman another two movies, and the Flash another movie as well. If I were DC, I'd make at least one of two more Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman movies. After having Steppenwolf as their Loki equivalent in Justice League 1, the villains of Justice League 2, should be the Legion of Doom. Justice League 2 should go the same route. Unlike the other Avengers movies, Age of Ultron featured a villain that had nothing to do with Thanos. Justice League 2 would be a lot like Avengers: Age of Ultron. Marvel should go ahead with Kang Dynasty, Secret Wars and whatever the Mutant Saga's big event movie is going to be, while DC makes Justice Leagues 2 and 3. So, my proposal would be for Marvel to finish up with its next three Avengers movies, while DC makes another two Justice League movies. You wouldn't know it from the current DCEU, which just has a bunch of movies that take place in the same universe but have very little (if any) connection to each other. It's almost hard to believe that the DCEU was once actually building up to an event. DC has THREE active live action movie universes right now (DCEU, Joker-verse and Bat-verse), and the movies have been feeling more and more disconnected from one another. Meanwhile, DC is suffering from a noticeable identity crisis. Marvel currently doesn't have a proper Avengers lineup after the events of Endgame, with all of our beloved heroes scattered apart from one another. But how should it be done? What events in their respective franchises, should lead to the DC heroes meeting the Marvel heroes?įirst things first, I think it's important to mention, that both of these franchises need more time to themselves. Seemingly, both companies want to do it, and a lot of fans (myself included) would love to see it too. Gunn has even mentioned wanting to do a team up between Groot and Harley Quinn. In fact, Marvel and DC apparently hold no animosity towards each other, and actually root for each other's movies.īut long story short, both Gunn and Feige want to do Marvel/DC crossover movies in the future. This basically made Gunn into DC's equivalent of Kevin Feige, and luckily for us, Gunn and Feige are best friends IRL.
